The first component is the emulation program which can imitate the 3ds OS and software. definitely sub, and for sun and moon, bad voice acting in english is even fine for me, the more annoying thing is that they changed most of the background music of it and totally ruined most of the vibe of this anime, which made it super cheap and lighthearted but in fact sun and moon anime is pretty dark.
